We will meet with you at the place of your choosing to conduct an initial consultation to gain an understanding of what you have in mind to create. If necessary, there may be follow-up
meetings or emails to be sure we completely understand what you have in mind.
After we arrive at a conceptual design, we will then collect a non-refundable $250 design fee to produce a computer model along with highly-realistic computer-generated renders (or, pictures)
of that model so that you can see exactly what it will look like. These designs can be discussed and viewed through email for your convenience or, if you prefer, and it is geographically
possible, then we are always happy to meet and discuss your ideas in person.
Need to make some adjustments? No worries. Changes are welcome throughout the design process until you are satisfied that we've arrived at the perfect design. YOU are in charge of the
process.
After you have approved of the final design we will produce a detailed estimate of the cost of the project based on current metals and stone prices. We honor those estimates for a
limited time due to the significant fluctuations that may occur in the market. A 50% down payment will be requested before production can begin on your creation. Once the piece is
completed, and, upon your satisfaction, we then will request payment in full upon delivery.
